In particular, access to centralized personal health data could result in greater oversight of one’s personal health. We are focused on processing your personal data to provide our services, to deliver personalized insights, to advance research, and to ensure that our users are getting the support they need.


By using these Services (defined below), you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the Terms of Use and are entering into a binding agreement which includes these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). You further agree to the representations made by yourself below. If you do not agree to or fall within the Terms of Use of the Service and wish to discontinue using the Services, please do not continue using this Application or Service

When do we collect information?

We collect the said information when you register through the web or via the Khair mobile app.

What kind of personal information do you collect from users?

Information you provide directly. This includes (but is not limited to) the following categories:

  • Contact Information. We may collect name, username or alias, email address, postal address, phone number, etc.

  • Demographic data. We may request that you provide age, gender, marital status, and additional similar demographic details.

  • Payment Information. If you make a purchase or other financial transaction, we collect credit card numbers, financial account information, and other payment details.

  • Medical data. If you chose to utilize our medical platform, we may collect information such as the doctors, dentists or other healthcare providers you have visited, your reasons for visit, your dates of visit, your medical history, specific period information, etc)

  • Subscription Information (such as frequency, product preference, payment accounts)

  • Other information (such as NIC, unique identifiers, passwords, etc)

  • Information we collect automatically. This includes (but is not limited to) the following categories:

  • Identifiers and device information. When you interact with our system, our servers automatically log your Internet Protocol (IP) address, and information about your device, including device identifiers (such as MAC address); device type, and your device’s operating system, browser, and other software including type, version, language, settings and configuration. As further described in the Cookies, Mobile IDs, and Similar Technologies section below, our websites and online services store and retrieve cookie identifiers, mobile IDs, and other data.

  • Usage Data. We automatically log your activity on our website, apps and connected products, including the URL of the website from which you came to our sites. Google analytics is used to process and understand this information.

How secure is my personal information?

Our platform is regularly scanned and tested to prevent security breaches. Your personal information is gathered and contained within our secured networks and is only accessible to a limited number of persons within the company. These persons pass various levels of verification, which includes signing a confidentiality agreement. Further, All sensitive/credit information you supply may be encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. In order to protect a user’s personal information, a number of safety measures are put in place when a user subscribes, enters, or accesses their information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Does your website/app send emails or newsletters to users?

Yes, if users register and choose to receive newsletters and emails from us.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information, including Personal Information, to provide the Services to you and to help improve them, including to:

  • Provide you with the products, services and information you request and respond to correspondence that we receive from you; to personalize your website experience and offer you content and products as per your needs.

  • Provide, monitor, review, administer or expand the Services, perform business analysis, or for other internal purposes to support, improve or enhance our business, the Services, and other products and services we offer.

  • Notify you about certain resources or Healthcare Providers we think you may be interested in learning more about

  • Contact you when needed, including to remind you of an upcoming appointment.

We do not sell, trade, share or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide users with the advance written notice. All our health data is encrypted. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, research or other uses and purposes.


  • Your Personal Data Is Stored With Utmost Security In Accordance With The Provision Set Out Under The Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

  • We Store Your Data Only As Long As Necessary To Provide You With Our Services And Other Legitimate Business Purposes Including But Not Limited To, Maintaining Performance Of The Services Or In Compliance With The Legal Proceedings And Requirements.

  • We May Retain Some Of Your Data Even After The Expiration Of Your Term Or Deletion Of Your Account, In The Event Including, But Not Limited To Unresolved Issues, Law Enforcement, Fraud Prevention, Etc.

How do I delete my account?

You can request to delete your account by raising a request to support via the app. Once the request is processed your account will be deleted.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

Khair strictly follows the guidelines set by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Therefore, we do not market our services to children under the age of 13 years.


All content, videos,images, articles on Khair website, and the Khair mobile app is the property of Khair under copyright laws. Consequently, any individual or organization who illegally uses or duplicates Khair content will be penalized in accordance with the law. All Rights Reserved.

Data Theft

The data found on the Khair website and the Khair app belongs to Khair. Khair reserves the right to take legal action against any individual, party, or organization found committing data theft whether on Khair website or the mobile app.

Changes In The Privacy Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise an exchange request on the Khair app or website. Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days for all items. Items stocked in Khair packages belong to third party vendors. Khair does not take responsibility for the product(s), but will entertain requests for exchanges.

Valid reasons for return:

  • Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken)

  • Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).

  • Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)

Conditions for Exchange:

The product must be unopened and unused.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box.

Currently, Khair does not process refunds.

Subscription Policy

If you order our period package with the convenient automatic delivery, you will receive repeated deliveries. These are based, ideally via the data you input into our period tracking app.

The process works as follows:

  • You place your first order and start your period package subscription. The payment method of this package is cash on delivery or debit/credit card, easy paisa, and other mobile wallets.

  • Simultaneously, you sign up to our period tracker and indicate whether or not you would like monthly deliveries. First time sign ups to both recurring package deliveries and the period tracker will receive 10% off.

  • 5 days before the next upcoming automatic delivery you will receive an email/text notification (and reminder - because we are sure you don't appreciate unwanted subscription deliveries any more than we do).

  • After this email, you have up to 3 days before delivery to pause or even cancel the automatic delivery if you don't want it.

  • The processing of your automatic delivery will then start and unfortunately it is no longer possible to stop this one automatic delivery. However, on the day of delivery, when you receive a call to confirm your purchase, you may still reject the order (as long as it is not out for delivery yet).

If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order. From there you can manage your subscription. Alternatively, you can message us at +92 326 0054247 with your change requests.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, ofcourse. You can cancel the subscription via the app.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes. You can amend the items in your period package at any time!

Cancellation Policy for Appointments

  • If a patient wishes to cancel their appointment, they need to do so at least 2 hours before the appointment to be eligible for a refund.

  • If the request of cancellation is received after consultation time then it will not be entertained.

  • Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, we will initiate a refund of the customer’s advance payment.

  • After the evidence of payment is received by the patient and after its verification, refunds will be processed within 48 working hours. We will not refund any payment before the completion of proper verification/ approval.

  • Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account/ accountholder’s bank account due to any reasons cited by the Payment Gateway or Cardholder's issuing bank.

  • No refunds/cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills/services received.

  • We will keep the record of every single refund separately.

  • If you are unhappy with the services provided via the medical consultation, please contact support via the Khair app.
